About the Owner
Myself (Bridgett Gill) and my partner (Brendan Wheatley) are in our late fifties and involved in the world of opera. We run Swansea City Opera, a mid scale opera company which tours all over the UK, and also Opera Box, well known for its smaller shows and outdoor performances of opera. Both are registered charities. We have also just started an online company selling Opera Gifts, www.operagifts.co.uk (you will see some of our prints in the N8 Galleria apartment).
The history, culture and love of music of the Hungarian people were a great influencing factor in our decision to buy a classical apartment in Budapest. We were looking for an investment for our retirement and had planned to visit three countries before making our choice, but after seeing the beauty of Budapest and finding the Hungarian people so friendly and welcoming, we decided to look no further. We hope you love the city us much as we do!
